Did anyone ever tell you?
We are creator beings.
We are a conversation.
A living breathing conversation.
Beyond our bodies, beyond our minds, we are energy, frequency.
We aren’t just exchanging words, but signals.
Tone. Timing. Silence. Resonance.
There’s a continual exchange between our inner world and outer world—
a continual echo moving through each of our relationships,
whether it’s with a person
or with something, like money and time.
We are energy in relationship.
Conversation isn’t something we do; it’s who we are.
The ongoing movement of life knowing itself
through connection.
This has been the true secret throughout history.
In 1937, Napolean Hill published Think and Grow Rich.
The original manuscript had the word frequency in it forty-two times.
Early in the book, Hill shares that the secret to our reality is within its pages.
You can read the book from cover to cover but you won’t find that secret—
because the publisher took it out.
Looking back further, Yeshua said,
“The Kingdom of God is within you.”
(Luke 17:21)
He isn’t pointing to a future place or an external system.
He’s pointing to an inner state of being.
The Kingdom isn’t achieved.
It’s entered—through alignment.
That’s frequency language before we had the word.
Not outside you.
Not earned.
Not imposed.
A state accessed from the inside out.
Our lives aren’t random paths.
They are shaped by this frequency—
by what we attune to, amplify, resist and embody.
The moment we understand this,
we stop trying to control life through force or effort
and begin to participate through resonance.
Thy will is when my will
moves into alignment with Divine will.
When my chosen frequency
resonates with the Divine.
Thy and my become Thine.
And will is the sacred capacity to choose
the frequency we live from.
From that place,
Thine will then is done.
Then the work of the awakening soul becomes clear:
the cultivation and attunement of our frequency.
This is one of the reasons people are drawn to work with me.
Because even this level of understanding
is beyond where many people are supported to go.
And fear doesn’t usually announce itself loudly.
It hides in crevices and corners.
It disguises itself as certainty, loyalty, duty,
or “the way it’s always been.”
And from there, it holds us hostage—
through subconscious beliefs
and deeply ingrained patterns we didn’t consciously choose.
Unseen trauma can pull us into downward spirals
until something reaches the surface
and gives us air.
Healing happens through safety,
through regulation in the body,
and through experiences that gently contradict
what the nervous system learned long ago.
It unfolds in relationship—
with ourselves,
with others,
and with a presence that does not rush, force, or overwhelm.
As the body learns it is safe to feel,
energy begins to move again.
What was frozen softens.
What was fragmented starts to integrate.
This is how patterns loosen.
This is how choice returns.
This is how light finds its way back in.
Freedom doesn’t come from overriding fear with positive thinking
or bypassing it with spiritual language.
It comes from understanding it.
This requires learning
where our subconscious beliefs live,
how our emotions move through us,
and where our nervous systems hold energy in the body
and emit it into the world.
When we can see fear clearly—
not as an enemy, but as a signal—
it loosens its grip.
And in that loosening, something else becomes possible:
Choice.
Alignment.
Resonance.
What emerges is love—
loveable self,
loveable life,
freedom lived from sovereignty.
This is the work of integration.
Not fixing ourselves,
but reclaiming the places where life has fallen into shadow
so light can live there again.
Because light does not force its way in.
It calls us to remember.

This really resonates with me. Thank you!
Beautiful Gentle & Powerful, thank you Mary Clare
