As if it's a secret

It’s as if it’s a secret. What we really are. The signs are everywhere—hiding in plain sight, in symbols, in the way the world moves around us. And still… nobody tells us. Not really.

Yet the truth is written in our cells, and when we are still, the code surfaces. It reminds us that we are not these bodies. We aren’t the stories we tell ourselves. We are stardust and angel wings infused with the wisdom and light of the ages.

And still, it’s a secret to most. An unhurried truth.

Even when we do know, we find ourselves focused on the noise, the stories, the endless distractions that keep us from feeling what stirs beneath. The fracture is hypnotic and blinding, a veil that keeps us from seeing the love that shines through us, the light and wisdom that urges us to flow with life.

We forget we are whole, that stardust doesn’t make mistakes, and that this essence of who we are isn’t placed on us by chance—it is part of us, waiting for us to remember.

The world is speaking. It always has been. The signs are everywhere—woven into the rhythm of our days, hiding in shadows and sunlight, in the quiet pause between one heartbeat and the next. A bird crosses your path again and again. Numbers repeat like a secret code. The wind carries messages we can hear if we would just listen.

We brush past them, too busy, too distracted, too focused on the stories we tell ourselves. And yet, if we pause—even for a breath—we notice. A sudden sense of déjà vu. A feeling that something is speaking directly to us. The language is subtle, but it is there. Persistent. Patient. Waiting for us to open our eyes.

This is not something we earn or achieve. The signs are our inheritance, quiet reminders that we are more than bodies, more than stories. And when we stay centered in our hearts, it all comes to life. Our body lurches forward in the direction we are meant to go. People we are meant to meet show up in the most beautiful ways. Everything we truly want becomes available, like magic.

There is a beautiful centering practice I learned from Brian Besco, owner of Twisted Sage, and his sister Brenda Schnose. It helps me stay in my heart and available to the magic waiting to become part of my path.

The practice is called the Trinity Breath. It’s simple, yet profound.

You begin by connecting with Mother Earth. Feel her presence beneath you, her steady heartbeat. Invite her to connect her heart with your heart, and as you inhale, draw up electric blue light from her core, filling your chest with her grounding energy.

Then, you turn your attention upward—to Father Sky, to God, to Source. Ask Father Sky to connect his heart to your heart, and as you exhale, breathe down golden-white light, letting it fill your being with clarity, protection, and love.

Finally, breathe deeply in and out, fusing these two energies together. Feel the blue and gold merge, creating a column of light that stretches from Earth to Sky, surrounding and supporting you. This column is protective, grounding, and centering. It flows through you—alive and electric—and you feel the pulse of all that is, quietly reminding you of what has always been.

You can take it one step further by taking a deep, full breath in, and then exhaling it out completely. In this way, you intentionally activate your light body, allowing the energy to expand fully through you.

Practicing this regularly strengthens your connection to both Earth and Sky, keeping your heart open and your awareness attuned to the subtle magic that is always available.
