About the Event
This 12-week experiential healing journey is inspired by the book Mother Hunger and designed to help participants explore and heal the unmet needs that often shape our relationships, self-worth, boundaries, and sense of belonging.
Rather than focusing on a chapter-by-chapter discussion of the book, this journey emphasizes personal reflection, experiential practices, meaningful conversation, and healing. Together we'll explore themes such as nurturing, protection, guidance, self-compassion, authentic connection, and emotional well-being.
Along the way, we'll create space to reconnect with the qualities of compassion, wisdom, and unconditional love within ourselves and in our relationship with the Divine. The book will serve as a companion to our work, offering insights and language that support the healing process.
Whether you are seeking greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, deeper self-acceptance, or a stronger sense of inner nourishment, this journey offers a supportive space for healing, growth, and transformation.
